Vario 1918 Trench x RZE UltraHex™ Titanium Trench Watch (2025)
Limited Edition of 300 pieces
A landmark collaboration between two Singapore watch brands, the Vario x RZE UltraHex™ Trench brings together heritage and innovation in a single timepiece.
Combining Vario’s vintage-inspired trench watch design with RZE’s signature UltraHex™ hardened titanium, the result is a watch that balances classic aesthetics with modern durability.
This collaboration represents a shared commitment to craftsmanship, and a celebration of what independent watch brands can achieve together.
Vario NAVI x RedBar Singapore (2025)
Limited Edition of 60 pieces
RedBar Singapore’s first group watch brought together a bold idea and a shared passion for horology. Featuring a striking red Tiger’s Eye dial, Vario’s first use of a semi-precious stone, each piece is unique, reflecting the natural variations of the material.
Like the stone itself, known for symbolising strength and resilience, the watch was designed to embody confidence in the face of challenges. The NAVI’s single-hand layout, with markers representing 15-minute intervals, offers a more relaxed and mindful way of reading time.
Cased in Singapore and limited to 60 pieces, this collaboration marked a meaningful milestone for both Vario and the RedBar community.
Vario Empire Art Nouveau (2025)
Limited Edition of 100 pieces
Vario commissioned MwM Atelier to create a small batch of hand-engraved dials, bringing traditional craftsmanship into a contemporary context.
A family-owned watchmaking studio based in Switzerland with Ukrainian roots, MwM Atelier continues to preserve rare artisanal techniques. Vario’s brief was to develop an Art Nouveau-inspired design centred around the orchid, Singapore’s national flower, and integrate it into the structured form of the Empire collection.
The result is a piece that brings together two distinct design languages, reimagining the fluid elegance of Art Nouveau through the geometric precision of Art Deco, in a quiet dialogue between nature and structure.
Vario NAVI x WEI (2024)
Limited Edition of 80 pieces
Created in partnership with Watch Enthusiasts India (WEI), this collaboration marked the group’s first custom watch.
Building on the NAVI platform, the watch features a custom co-designed and illustrated dial by artist Sam featuring Breguet-style hands and a domed sapphire crystal completed the piece, with final assembly in Japan.
Limited to 80 pieces, the project reflects a shared passion for thoughtful design and functional refinement.
Vario Empire Chrono x AMWG (2023)
Limited Edition of 20 pieces
Vario’s first collaboration with a watch group, created together with Asia Mechanical Watch Group (AMWG), celebrates the spirit and heritage of Hong Kong.
The design draws from the city’s identity, deep blue reflecting its colonial past, gold symbolising prosperity, and subtle red accents representing good fortune.
Limited to just 20 pieces, the watch captures both a sense of place and the shared enthusiasm of a close-knit community of collectors.
Vario NAVI x Popeye® Jump Hour Watch (2021)
Limited Edition of 300 pieces
Blending playful nostalgia with mechanical intrigue, this collaboration brings Popeye the Sailor into the world of Vario’s NAVI collection.
The watch retains its nautical inspiration, with design elements such as a helmsman’s wheel, anchor and compass motifs, and a domed lens that magnifies the jump hour display, a rare complication where the hour changes instantly rather than sweeping.
Popeye takes centre stage on the dial, with his iconic arms indicating the minutes and a porthole window revealing the hour, creating a design that is both whimsical and distinctive.
