Vario Empire Chrono x AMWG

I first got to know Vincent from AMWG when I approached him to review Vario watches 3 years ago. I’ve worked in Hong Kong for more than 3 years and met my wonderful wife Judy there and we travel back often to visit my in-laws so Hong Kong is like my 2^nd home and I thought why don’t I make a collab watch together with AMWG and base it on a Hong Kong theme. We bounced off a few ideas and came up with the watch you see here.

Hong Kong is a place where East and West meets and we used a deep blue to represent its colonial past and juxtapose it with gold which represents prosperity, good fortune and longevity. A tasteful tinge of red is used to bring good luck and well wishes to the future of Hong Kong.

The total run for this watch is 20 pieces and only sold on AMWG and I’ve heard it was nearly sold out at the point of writing this article. If you're interested in this watch, do contact Vincent.
