All of our products carry a satisfaction guarantee except T-shirts as they're made to order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied when you receive your product, email us within 14 days at customer_service@vario.sg

In your email, please include

1. Your name and order number
2. Store Credit or Exchange
3. Name of the items you are not happy with
4. If exchanging, specify the product you wish to receive

We will usually respond within 2-3 business days and can coordinate a store credit or exchange. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we aim to have a happy return customer.

*Items sent back should be unworn and with packing intact
